With our training in the pioneering field of change and innovation expertise  we are the market leader in Germany – this is the result of a comparative study, commissioned by the German Ministry of Research. Our profession is to empower the capability of people in organizations for change and innovation. 

Our scientific board members and senior supervisors are Prof Dr Fiona Schweitzer, of the University of Apllied Sciences Upper Austria, and Prof Dr Harald Geißler, of the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg and the German Research Institute for Coaching-Expertise.
