My journey in tech began with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, which led to a rewarding career at IBM. As a programmer there, I sharpened my skills in various programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. In my own time, I also pursued iOS application development as a personal project, diving into the complexities of building apps for the platform. My ambition and leadership abilities eventually brought me to Aviva Canada, where I transitioned into management. Working my way up to a Senior Manager, I provided both technical and people leadership, guiding a team of 30 through the challenges of project delivery. My role wasn’t just about managing; it was about inspiring my team to excel and innovate and work together to build internal and external applications. But the desire to carve my own path was too strong to ignore. With a lifelong passion for web design and an entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Nijher Digital Corp. My vision is clear: to help businesses understand the importance of a well-crafted website as a way to grow their business in today’s digital age. I realized that businesses need more than just an online presence – they need to thrive with an updated and well-maintained digital footprint.
