As a Senior Business Development Manager, my role is to onboard new clients, get hot business leads to convert as client. It also includes build a team and train to new team members for the generating a lead, getting potential client lead.

My other job responsibilities are :
- Identify new outsourcing opportunities - including new markets, services customers etc.
- Keeping up to date to company management with latest outsourcing trend in the market
- Generate leads and convert into call prospective customers
- Understand the outsourcing needs of the customers and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet the requirements. And develop relationships with clients.
