I am Hardi Põder, an entrepreneur and forward-thinking leader with a rich background spanning diverse industries such as agriculture, forestry, IT, EV, and retail. Armed with a foundation in economics and business communication, I have founded nine companies over the course of several decades.

This week Monika and I celebrated our 5th anniversary and running INLIBRIUM together. Developing something that didn't exist before us — 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 — for people ready to discover their true self and unique contribution.

In short: From "𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧?" to "𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧!" journey.


When we started, several entrepreneur friends warned me. "𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒎𝒊𝒙," they said.

Yes, we disagree. Sometimes intensely.

We became ONE — not in some romantic fantasy way, but in the raw, real, sometimes painful way that actual transformation demands.

Most couples share dinner conversations.

Here's what I learned after 4 years building INLIBRIUM:

Back in Estonia. Body exhausted. Mind crystal clear.

You already know the polished version — the film crew, the testimonials, the INLIBRIUM 3.0 launch prep. What you don't know is what it actually took.

Not the Instagram kind. The real kind. The kind that happens when you stop performing success and start living truth.

Last weekend in Estonia, I discovered the perfect answer.

Monika and I presented INLIBRIUM to a group of entrepreneurs — first time in 5 years speaking Estonian about what we do. In the evening, after sauna rituals, someone spotted northern lights.

They're not about seeing pink elephants or having mystical visions. They're about removing the curtains that hide what's already there.

I froze. Second therapy session. 
We'd been talking about my brother's death, my childhood, how my mother took control of everything after he died.

Then she dropped that bomb.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀:

You're carrying invisible patterns that sabotage every relationship, every decision, every moment of your life. And you have 𝗻𝗼 𝗳*𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗲.

Because here's what I know from guiding CEOs through their own Pandoras:

Because your team doesn't need another driven CEO.

They need a leader who's actually 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Not because they don't cry. Because they couldn't remember.

Think about that. These are humans running billion-dollar companies who've literally forgotten how to access their own emotions.


One CEO stared at me for 30 seconds. Silent. Finally said: "𝑰 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘. 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒅? 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝟭𝟮 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒐."

Another laughed nervously: "𝑫𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒑 𝒂𝒕 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕?"

The third just changed the subject.


𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗳*𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽:

We've created a leadership culture where feeling nothing is a 𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿. Where "𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹" means emotional death. Where CEOs are more comfortable discussing their P&L than their last moment of genuine human emotion.


I used to be one of them. Proud of my numbness. Wore it like armour.

Until my body sent the invoice: excruciating pain in my hips, spine breaking, relationship crumbling, drinking myself unconscious almost every night. 
All because 𝗜'𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚.


𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗰𝘆.

• We medicate instead of FEEL
• We work instead of PROCESS
• We achieve instead of HEAL
• We perform instead of BE

And then we wonder why 75% of executives are secretly dying inside while their LinkedIn posts scream "𝑪𝑹𝑼𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑰𝑻! 🚀"


𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱?

𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆. During a call with my 14-year-old son, who has been living in the UK since July, he told me that school is hard, but he’ll manage. He also said that sometimes he feels sad and cries. I felt tears of relief hearing that my son is actually connected to his feelings.


𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝟯 𝗖𝗘𝗢𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆: 

When you stop feeling, you stop leading. You just manage. 
And management without humanity is just sophisticated manipulation.


𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧?

For most leaders, sadly YES. Emotional flatline disguised as executive presence.

But for those brave enough to thaw? To actually FEEL again?

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗧!

The moment you stop performing strength and start experiencing it.


Your move, CEO. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝘆?
