aPriori PLM: Coordinated the aPriori(PLM) cloud project in Vestas aligning with Product roadmaps defined by aPriori/Module Owners which improved operational efficiency and loading time of cost models was reduced to 60-90s.

Manufacturing processes: Configured Visual weld inspection and Magnetic particle testing at assembly level and improved cost accuracy of cost models up to 90 percent.

Collaboration: Developed good relationships with customer success manager, Module Owners, Product experts to understand the product roadmaps, developments, upgrades, issues and changes.

MES- Delmia Apriso: Actively supported global users with Manufacturing operation and production issues in Apriso via Servicenow ticketing platform and maintained high customer satisfaction with a rating of 4.4/5.
Completed the configurations of Torque tools for V-236 Product in Poland. Succesfully configured Workcenters, Equipments, Warehouse locations, Reports and Dashboard viewer screen configurations for all Global manufacturing plants of Vestas.

Operational Activities: Supported product changes in MOM applications and assisted with system upkeep activities like regression testing, UAT, monthly deployment, releases and developed dashboards and reports in service now and Power BI to monitor KPIs.

Documentation, Coaching and mentoring: Developed training templates, test flows, Technical KBs and other documents on MES, Procurement and Product cost management areas to internal/external users.

Analyst

Acted as SPOC inhouse support for aPriori (PLM) and provided L1 & L2 support to other
applications like SAP ERP, VDD, Apriso, QDA, EAM and maintained a high customer
satisfaction on these systems.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams & stakeholders globally and provided effective
solutions for issues in order management, inventory and warehouse management,
Traceability, supply chain process and Production.

Supported and analyzed the root cause of Dynatrace tickets as a preventive action for
issues related to MOM applications in the server end.
