By night, I work as a Product Manager on optimizing the design and engagement of Workflows experiences within Microsoft Teams, powered by low-code/no-code Power Automate.

I began as a Growth Product Manager for the Microsoft Teams Platform, transforming experiment ideas into impactful solutions that attract users, increase engagement, and retention. It doesn't get much better, so I continue to keep an open mind towards experimentation and exploration.

Product Manager

By day, I work as a Customer Experience Program Manager for the Platform & Ecosystem team at Microsoft Teams, enabling small and large organizations to leverage the power of Collaborative Apps on Teams to streamline their business processes.

Currently, I am working with organizations to build applications on Microsoft Teams which harness the power of Azure Open AI, Teams AI Library and Microsoft Copilot for M365.

The best part - Working with customers, partners, sales, marketing, and product (of course) allows me to enjoy a 360 view and influence across functions to improve the platform experience and usage. When I'm not talking to them, I enjoy brainstorming over UX problems and working on design explorations.

What I enjoyed here was initiating a collaborative learning series for continuous improvement, and mentoring GTM teams to win targets beyond 100%, to put customers first.

My first taste of Product Management (even though I wasn't in the product team) - Took on the goal to bridge the gap between the product and the patron, turning customer feedback into feature improvements, influencing the roadmap of multiple customer service/customer support products in the Freshworks suite.

Senior Product Consultant

Freelanced for a year offering business and creative strategies. But I took this time to also transition from a project consultant profession to a product focused career, as I upskilled on product management, UX design, design thinking.

Some memorable experiences:
- Developed a multi-stage business transformation plan and initiated collective design thinking processes for the design and media house, Brand Moustache.
- Shaped advertisement and CSR campaigns for organizations such as Apollo Hospitals and Nippon Paint.
- Offered presentation design services to enable small-scale businesses and start-ups, and to help tell their story better through their pitch decks.

Business Consultant

REPL Group, Part of Accenture

Led US-based teams to manage the account life cycle for Microsoft, identify configuration improvements and revamp quality assurance in software testing for Walmart, saving efforts and the value of over 15 months of progress. Shared responsibilities with Product Owners, Product Managers and Solution Architects, strategizing UX features and the roadmap, to help win business deals for their highly profitable in-house WFM product.

Senior Consultant

Upon consecutive successful rollouts, fast tracked on to a Senior Consultant role to lead to the end-to-end implementation of scheduling as well as Time & Attendance systems for Microsoft Retail stores across multiple countries (leading to expansion in business opportunities). 

Internally, supported the company’s growth through recruitment, training and mentoring of team members.

Joined the team as a Graduate Functional Consultant to manage Labor Model Planning, implementation, and support for Walmart stores across six countries. (China, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Canada, and USA).

Collaboratively delivered on-target Labor Forecast model implementations to all six countries, and successfully improved their scheduling efficiency in 2.5k+ retail stores, or of over 0.75 Mn employees, during my first 10 months.

In the last 10 years, I've been fortunate to have experienced a beautiful journey defined by diversity and innovation.

Lived and worked in 2 countries, visited about 25, wore multiple hats, switched careers, backpacked for a year, got to work with some fantastic people, made mistakes, made friends (for life), made music, performed in ads and plays, adopted a dog, and from fortune 500s to start ups, I've had the privilege of witnessing cutting-edge technologies and partnering with exceptional minds. 

This pursuit has shaped me to grow as a team-player, excel as an all-rounder and serve as a leader. As a creator at heart and collaborator at mind, I’m passionate about enabling people, look to constantly learn new things while enjoying variety in my challenges.
