I lead the Global SDR Team, comprised of 10 Rockstars, to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. Scaled the team from 1 to 10 SDRs. 
Hiring and onboarding new SDRs
Identifying leads and helping in their conversion. 
Delivering ongoing training on sales prospecting, email outreach, and outbound calling
Report to the VP & SVP of Sales 
Work with the digital marketing team for effective client messaging
Coaching individual SDRs through call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting
Focus on the quality of opportunities without sacrificing quantity
Iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, training, and enablement with respect to Animaker's core values
Work closely with marketing, sales, sales enablement, and people ops to ensure the SDR onboarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date on our current product offering
