Responsible for the overall performance of two departments, which includes revenue generation, scaling client onboarding, efficient and smooth flow of work, conflict resolution etc.
• Discover and reach out to potential clients for partnerships, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Supervise the recruiting team of 40 and report on its performance.
• To ensure that the team is working efficiently and client expectations are fulfilled.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) so that the department can achieve profitability.
• Coordinate with other departments like social media, finance, and tech to discuss needs.
