- Increased the number of Tier 1 Sales Qualified Leads per month from 16 to 106
(January ‘19), with focus on granularity, localisation, and bespoke landing pages. 
- Improved Conversion Rate from 0.64% to 0.98% YoY, by improving on-site user journey.

Global Search Account Director

Responsible for strategy and successful delivery pertaining to a portfolio of client accounts, mainly specialising in eCommerce (feed-based retail, fashion technology, finance, and travel). Also responsible for over-seeing an expanding team of PPC Managers, Executives, and Assistants so to ensure client KPI's are met (e.g. CPA, ROAS, Cost of Sale), and internal training and development needs are identified and delivered.

Other responsibilities include maintaining a close relationship with our network partners, which has facilitated a number of early-mover opportunities, encompassing Product Listing Advertisements, Dynamic Search Advertisements, Search Remarketing, and Dynamic Remarketing.

Have also leveraged experience as part of New Business initiatives, including pitches. This involved conducting audits, leading pitch activity against set client briefs, presenting findings to client, and subsequent on-boarding.
