Having worked as an Educational Leader, Educator, Mentor for over 20 years with toddlers, kids, teens, I'm on a wellbeing at work mission, reconnecting grown ups with their inner child, letting their inner leader be set free to play and see the fresh, new world of possibilities, tackle challenges with calm, curiosity and compassion. As an experienced Transformational & Mindfulness Coach, I have created an 8 week Employee Creative Wellbeing Programme and one off Workshop, using creative mindfulness journalling techniques to reduce stress, bring calm and focus, alongside boosting productivity. I work with arts and intuitive based methods, including Mindfulness & Clean Coaching, helping people make transformational shifts unlocking their inner wisdom through images, metaphors and conversations. I particularly help those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck trying to think their way out of challenges. I work with them to reconnect to their inner self, and unleash their joyful, energised and responsive, less reactive self. I currently offer group workshops and 1-2-1 coaching. Playful Creativity LABs As the Founder of little art, I am a change agent, coach and catalyst for powerful change through intuitive Play Workshops/LABs. I (co)create experiences that grow curiosity with groups, making space for creativity sustainably in our lives. I share my bespoke approach to improve mental well-being, inspire social emotional growth in building communities inspiring originality. In events, I work using person-centred sensory processes, graphic art and everyday materials and junk, to immerse in a state of flow. I create space to open up to that which is possible, through disrupting conventions, embracing imperfection and encouraging vulnerability to reach those all important 'Aha!' moments. The Playful Creativity LABs are a bespoke concept I devise in collaboration with the client, in community and business settings, online and in person.
