What started as an off-hand remark to one of my lowest paying clients—"Yeah, I think we can get your campaign data into HubSpot"—has turned into an odyssey of building a software company. 

We take your outbound campaign data sync it to your system of record—think HubSpot or Salesforce. We also take customer data from critical systems and push to your outbound tools for do not contact, block, and suppression purposes. 

We have the privilege of working with some of the most innovative revenue teams in the world.

Outside of OutboundSync, I previously grew a few companies.

As the founder of Intro CRM, I went from a fractional sales consultant to the head of a HubSpot Gold Partner. We ran outbound campaigns and sent millions of cold emails. And we had an internal lab that built several SaaS products, including OutboundSync, which is now my full-time focus.

As the first marketing hire and eventually president, I grew a 3D printer company from $1.7m to $20m in annual revenue. Half of that was through our partner program that we built from scratch. We made the Inc. 500 (twice), appeared on How It's Made, met with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and we sold 10k machines in one year. 

As an AE, I closed over $2m in ERP contracts—including the company's biggest ever customer. It was Nucor Steel, a Fortune 150 at the time, U.S. steel manufacturer. I had to buy a pair of jeans to close the deal. Ask me about it and I can tell you the story.

Step 1: Synced OutboundSync with Instantly.ai x HeyReach.io x HubSpot to create HubSpot contacts automatically when emails are sent.

Step 2: Created two HubSpot properties: "Outbound Campaign" and "Sign Up" (checkboxes)

Step 3: Built workflows to tag contacts and companies with "Outbound Campaign = TRUE" when emails/DMs are sent

Step 4: Set up a workflow that triggers when "Sign Up = TRUE" → sends Slack notification + moves deal stage

Step 5: Workflows change deal stages based on actions and create reports to track the full journey
