At Terminus I was responsible for all accounts under 1000 headcount with a focus on UK&I, Benelux and Nordics. Being brand new to the EMEA region the focus was around creating brand awareness and net new logos. 

As part of the role I had to create and execute on my own marketing strategy, outbound strategy, demos and closing plans. This immersed me to large parts of the business that I would therefore not have had the opportunity to before. 

What was asked of me in the role plus what was delivered:

- Have 4x of pipeline coverage of 650k 
- Create and execute outbound to target top 100 accounts through email, calling and LinkedIn 
- Develop and execute campaigns to be run in region 
- Create and execute on Account Based Marketing campaign on both sales and marketing activities 
- Create all own sequences outreach sequences 
- Create own slide decks and talk track from suspect through to close won 
- Support CX team with onboarding 
- Attend industry events 
- Use MEDDICC to qualify in or out opportunities

Managing the UKI and DACH SDR Team to hit daily and monthly KPIs. With a focus on looking at how the DACH SDR workflow could be improved and redeveloped.

Team Lead achievement:

After delivering consistent success across UK&I and DACH the Team Lead role was rolled out across the rest of the business as a new role. Further to this the playbooks, sequences and workflow that I had created was also rolled out across the whole new business division globally.

SDR Manager for UKI & DACH

Helping the UK&I SDRs achieve or exceed assigned sales and productivity targets. Helping motivate employees to perform and provide coaching to help with individual success.

These are my targets for being a team lead:

- Building Outreach Sequences (Demo request/nurture/cold sequence/lost opportunity/high touch/marketing leads/email follow)
- Creating development plans for each team member to improve month on month performance 
- Training the team in products, internal solutions and sales frameworks 

Extra areas I do in the team lead role: 

- Pulling reports on each SDR for areas/activities/whitespace/performance  
- Building unique dashboards on salesforce for teams and individuals 
- Creating a LinkedIn framework for building a personal brand 
- Building call scripts
- Creating talk tracks for each product (why we are asking/what to ask/how Datto helps)
- Onboarding new SDRs in all of EMEA (trained 16 new SDRs myself)|
- Doing the hiring process for the whole UK SDR team 

SDR role achievement: 

Q4 - 165% 
Q1 - 125%

Team Lead achievement:

Q4 - Team 72%
Q1 - Team 100% (First time the UK team hit target and the first time each SDR hit target)

UK&I SDR Team Lead

Role entailed cold calling Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with the objection of discovering opportunities for either business management solutions, backup products or networking.

- KPIs of 40 calls a day 
- 30 to 20 qualified meetings per month 
- 10 to 5 net new customers per month 
- The territory that I was responsible for was mostly London/Middles/North East/Rest of World
- Driving attendance to events 

SDR role achievement: 

Q3 - 51% (Ramp period) 
Q4 - 75% (Achieved the most New Partner in Europe)
Q1 - 90% 
Q2 - 126% (Covid) 
Q3 - 155%

Designing and building offices for our clients since 2008. Cleverly designed workspaces will enhance staff morale, motivation and productivity and will help with staff retention – all providing uplift in business performance.

Helping businesses move into there dream office space through visualisation. Working on projects from 60k to 3.2m means that communication is key to make sure everything is running on time and correctly. Having worked on solo projects has given me the ability to time manager successfully, with setting an expectation for what can be achieved. With my job role intertwining with other teams has given me a creative understanding of other job processes.

My first completed project at my time there was to design the external car park to the regulation required. A year later my design had been completed.

I have been in sale now for 4+ years 

I started my working career in designing offices but realised I loved talking too much and the option to be paid to talk was just too inviting. 

I moved into an SDR role where I struggle for the first 3 months but after creating playbooks quickly became a top performer. Then I moved into a Team Lead role managing an SDR team of 9 and rolling out business development processes globally.

I then found myself in an AE role where I have in parallel have set up my own consultancy business and continue to help support business development communities. 

Now as a GTM Consultant I found myself designing and building playbooks for companies to get more from their GMT motion
