One of the most memorable moments of the last 12 months for me was when I told Chris Parsonson that we would not be able to pay the price he wanted but would love to find a way to work with him in the future. 

He told me, "there would not be another company and this was his life's work". So it was now or never. 

I felt the intensity, the passion and the commitment. 

Yes, the company is profitable, with an amazing product that some of the world's largest companies and legal firms love but his commitment and obsession was the clincher. 

Solve Intelligence will be a category defining company and Chris will be one of the great founders of the next decade.
