Worked on several UX Research projects for Google and Meta (details of the projects are covered under NDA)* Some responsibilities I performed and skills I acquired are:
- Diary Study while handling 20 participants and CATI Surveys reaching for 100+ participants across studies.
- Other responsibilities included backchecking, note-taking, creation of assets, and translation.
- Contribution to data analysis and report writing.
- Experienced multiple first hand live moderation sessions with users as a observer. 
- Attended regular small training sessions and a workshop on note-taking.

User Experience Researcher

Worked as a sole UX Designer in an early stage start-up building Service Design using PWA (Progressive Web App) for the dealership management system platform of Hyundai, Toyota and KIA in Pune. 
- Performed user shadowing of the clients to identify gaps, suggesting inclusion of a on-screen calculator for the vehicle insurance team which reduced the turn around time and increased user satisfaction. 
- Built UX Guidelines for a dynamic Design System that can be used to serve multiple clients with less friction. 
- Worked Visual Communication and setting up consistent design language for the organisation taking steps like assisting and guiding technology team and higher management into obtaining, IBM - Enterprise Grade Design Thinking Practitioner which enabled learning of UX methodologies in the company.

UX Designer

Worked with the User Research team on multiple user research studies in a dynamic environment strategically with Product Management, Engineering and Growth teams.
- Performed note taking for in person IDI (in-depth interviews). 
- Executed CATI Survey (Computer Assistant Telephonic Interviewing) on live data for 50+ users of the FinTech product on a typical day, with conversion rate of 8-10 insightful user repsonses aligning with the business problem at hand. Using tools like Cloud CRM and Google Sheets.
- Designed intuitive mappings for UX Research methodologies like: User journey mapping, stakeholder mapping - onion diagram, Personas, word cloud and correlation intensity chart to better visualise design problems and promote empathy for users among organisation using softwares like Orange AI, QDA Miner and Google Slides for presentation.
