Harsh is an emerging leader in the industries advancing in digitization. Currently, he is working in CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) domain at Xylem Inc- India Technology Centre. Previously Harsh an elaborated experience in working in technical as well as the business domain. Working in SME (Small, Medium Enterprises) led him to develop himself in multi-discipline domains. While managing the technical as well as business aspects during his time, he shouldered various responsibilities at the organizational level as well as the customer end. To back his future roles with upcoming technologies and advancements, he managed to upskill various skills, including learning concepts of data modeling, MS Excel, Power BI, Zoho CRM, Tacton CPQ, MS Dynamics 365 etc. During his early days in the college, he managed to get prowess on leadership skills during his stint in the NCC. At the same time, doing daring and adventurous team tasks and leading many of it. Harsh is a proven team player with the ability to maintain bear working conditions and deliver results. He is flexible enough to phase out and adopt new skills that align with him becoming a better leader for tomorrow.
