I work in the GTM org at Treblle serving customers to get most out of their API Program by doing sales, customer success, solution engineering, and technical support. I also oversee broader enterprise positioning, growth product management, events, and analyst relations.

Joined Postman as we started the enterprise business motion

Strategic Business:
I joined the team to help with GTM- Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Support. I am responsible for building, sustaining, and growing relationships and business with some of Postman’s largest/strategic customers (across US, EU, and APAC)- handled major part of the overall enterprise revenue. I help clients solve extensive engineering and business challenges as they evolve their businesses through digital transformation, API-first approach, and adapt to modern software practices.

From qualifying through MEDDIC to creating and delivering plans, lead business reviews, orchestrate executive briefings and sponsorships, broker partnerships and peer-to-peer relationships, and consult on their organisational goals. I establish myself(and Postman) as a strategic partner. New business, NRR growth %, ARR growth, work on recommending better practices through discovery and technical sessions for API-first driven software development, create custom content for enterprise workflows(both technical and business), and help hire best talent to grow the org.

Product Led Growth:
Work on growing the self-serve revenue of the product as part of the growth product squad- through understanding user behaviour, experimentation, creating new onboarding flows, building and modifying network effects, and beyond.

Manager, Enterprise Customer Engineering

As a part of the Enterprise Business team, I
•Make recommendations on the best way to apply Exotel's technology to solve identified problems. I also educate both prospective and existing customers on what is possible with Exotel and the options for implementing core Exotel use cases. 
•Develop proof of concepts and demos that demonstrate Exotel's APIs
•Work with developers, product managers and project owners of our clients during implementation
•Am responsible for NRR growth, platform adoption, and ultimate value realisation
•Data-driven cross-selling besides looking for and coming up with innovative strategies for customer engagement and onboarding

I also continue to find and recruit stellar folks for our platform support and customer success teams.
