Facilitated corporate and student workshops in the field of inclusion. Worked with corporates like Microsoft, Schneider Electric, DE Shaw and Institutions like FLAME University, Loyola Academy, and NIT Trichy.

Founder

Human Library Hyderabad

I brought this concept to the city of Hyderabad and saw exponential growth throughout its existence.

Conducted 75+ large-scale events across the city, colleges and corporations like Microsoft, TCS, DE Shaw and others. The average footfall for the city events was around 250+ community members. With almost 50% being unique and first-time visitors.

I led a team of 100+ volunteers that included the human books and the organisation staff.

We were covered extensively in the national and international media for our exemplary work in the diversity inclusion space with Human Library Hyderabad. I personally gained a wonderful network of people across the globe through this initiative.

Here I learnt to work with large teams in a multi-location environment. Even though the role was community management my day-to-day job also involved account management and sales. At the centre I was placed in, we saw a 100% occupancy rate for most of my tenure and enjoyed the best NPS within the organisation almost every month.

Community Manager

Kahaniya

Oversaw the Kahaniya Launchpad campaign and engaged a community of 5k+ writers on the platform. Executed experimental events for the brand in the city which got a great feedback and participation. This is where I also got to study the college ambassador programs and implement one for Kahaniya.

Silly Monks Entertainment Ltd.

Worked on the content marketing strategy of 3 Telugu films and 10 content creators. I realised I was more inclined towards working on consumer and internet products and made a switch immediately to work as a community manager full time.

Content Executive

MAA (a division of Star India Private Limited)

Bagged an internship with the newly formed partner firm Star MAA. Where Star India took over the regional MAA TV. This was a phase of change in the organisation and me along with three other mates from my class were given the responsibility to suggest and execute programs for their music channel Star Maa Music. The idea was to bring the freshness and youthful appeal of Star TV while keeping the regional ethos of Maa TV intact. Together we had a lot of fun bringing in some fresh content on the TV screen and improving an existing show. I also personally worked on improving the feedback loop and systems to quickly understand and iterate the programs according to the audiences reactions. 

We saw a month on month improvement in the TRP and betterment in feedback during my stay here.

Internship

Here I got to work with Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority in formulating a pitch deck for interested sponsors for their annual food festival. This involved travelling to their office in Vijayawada regularly, discuss the project and come up with a kickass deck that the brands would love to partner with. The event was successful and a great experience for me personally.

Trainee

I build and grow brand communities. Usually helping the founders solve a cold start problem. I've founded a successful organisation called Human Library Hyderabad. Right now, unlocking the customer value chains to find truly impactful problems to solve. Growing GAMP - a gaming tournament creation platform.
