During my post-grad in media management, while leading a successful social organization that involved building a 10K+ members strong community from scratch, a startup founder approached me to build a community for his product. That was the start of my journey as a professional community builder. Community building, management and growth became my obsession in the years to come. More startup founders wanted to build a community. Together we used it as a GTM strategy. I used these opportunities to innovate, experiment and hit the bull's eye of growing products while cultivating their ardent supporters. Growing products in the current age of high-paid marketing expenses and shortened attention spans require a balance between doing things that don't scale and those that do. I am an expert in achieving that sweet spot on your CAC/LTV ratio. Part of my enthusiasm also draws from the fact that growth campaigns are a lot about understanding people's psyches. And every industry or product brings a fresh perspective to explore. What more can a curious mind ask for!?
