(1) To undertake audit of various task assigned as per audit calendar within the target time.
(2) Review/finalisation of audit reports submitted to the Audit Manager.
(3) Timely, Accurate, Concise and effective documentation of Audit reports on exceptions observed during the course of audit.
(4) Critically review the existing process and procedures during the audit of respective areas and suggest area of improvement which would enhance controls and simplify process flow.
(5) Review and follow up of rectification responses from the auditee for early rectification of audit comments and timely closure of audit file

(8) Good understanding of Branch Risk and Control matrix (RCM) and documentation.

 Pledge documentation and Total Gold Inventory check as per audit checklist.
 Checking of Gold ornaments based on Gross weight, Number of items, Item type, purity, etc.
 Tally of petty cash balance in branch.
 Proper procedure is followed in cases of gold loan auctions when present in the location.
 Provide valuation for cases during auction process.
 Conduct security checks during monthly audit- ensure burglary alarm and CCTV are in working conditions and 
branch is following all security conditions.
 Submission of Monthly audit report and submission of self-report of closing of previous month’s audit.
 Highlight all key deviations/ issues, indicating severity as per the assigned metrics (Major/ Minor/ Critical).
 Highlight all fraud cases discovered during branch audit.
