Associate

•Assist with audit requirements and coordination with external auditors.
•Prepare journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and postings to the general ledger.
•Perform Accounting duties for the company on a corporate level.
•Process end-of-month accounting procedures such as Accrual entries.
•Processing invoices, data entry, and maintenance of accounting records.
•Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Intern - Accounts and Audit

•Reviewing and reconciling corporate bank accounts on daily basis and matching them with company books.
•Verification and processing Inter-Company and Interbank fund transfers via online banking.
•Posting the Monthly entries of Bank Loan and Interest, Vehicle EMI, and Bank charges of the Month.
•Verification of vendor and broker reconciliation and affecting payment either online or through cheque. 
•Handling the Bank guarantee/security cheques with the help of a tracker and sharing the report with the site or Commercial Manager when the Bank Guarantee/Security Cheques are near expiry.  
•Preparing monthly Vendor and Broker payment reports and updating to Treasury team for the fund requirements.
•Responsible for resolving Vendor and Broker payment-related issues through meetings and Negotiations.

Executive - Accounts

•Reviewing and verifying invoices and payment requests.
•Processing of subcontractor bills.
•Recording of invoices and making sure all invoices received are booked. 
•Handling payments in an organized and timely manner & ensure the timely payment to the vendor (Both advance & due payments)
•Ensuring that invoices are not double booked & preventing the duplication of invoices.
•Respond to all vendor inquiries on time.
•Releasing critical payments within the time frame. 
•Timely completion of all payable-related activities including reconciliation.
