Accounting role involving duties related to A/R and Billing - duties such as (and not limited to): 
Filing of expenses and fees received from auditors;
Dealing with auditor inquiries regarding reimbursement, client inquiries regarding invoices sent out, and also billing out items myself.

This role also has me maintaining reports on both daily revenue & P&L data, which helps pinpoint what area may need attention. 

Notable achievements:
- Aided with the transitioning process of a newly joining company during a 2-week outage, which limited resources drastically.
- Ensured that auditor invoices were submitted in for processing during the aforementioned 2-week outage, as well as during other periods of the year.
- Undertook various billing-related opportunities, billing out an average of $10-50k per day whenever possible. This has led to an average of $1m USD/ quarter.

Software used: MS Office (Excel primarily), iEnable PLM, Peoplesoft Financial, and Phoenix billing systems
