Hi there! 👋🏼 I am a marketing and operations leader, researcher, and entrepreneur passionate about solving problems, driving results, and working with talented people. Currently I'm the VP of Product Marketing at Martal Group, a leading B2B lead generation agency. I have nearly a decade long experience in developing operations strategy, managing sales teams, working with senior stakeholders and executing GTM efforts for mid-market and enterprise clients. Prior to that, I was the COO of a Toronto-based NGO supporting black entrepreneurs where I led operations and helped secure a $2M investment from the Government of Canada. My academic background is in Political Science and International Development. I wrote my Masters Thesis on developing agricultural policies that alleviate the impact of food insecurity for farmers in Ethiopia and I loved going through the research process by interacting with people on the ground. My academic background strengthened my critical thinking and honed in my qualitative and quantitative research skills.
