-Influential in energizing the hiring process in a high-volume/time-sensitive environment, working 
 alongside hiring managers and leading candidates through the process of getting hired.
-Positions high-end technical professionals in the fields of IT on contract and permanent placements. 
-Recruiting in the fields of software engineers, developers, administrators and network system and

-Successfully recruits candidates through Internet research, Boolean search strings, cold calling, referrals,
