I accidentally ruined a LinkedIn ad. 😢 

You may have seen it.

It's that ad for LinkedIn with that woman balancing on one leg on a table, with her other leg crossed, while holding a laptop in one hand, and a stack of books and piece of art in the other.

The ad has over 8500 likes and almost 600 comments. A real banger.

But, I think I ruined it.

I was on a zoom call, walking around to keep my step count up. Admittedly, not paying attention to my surroundings. And I accidentally ran into her. It was an ugly scene.

If you're out there LinkedIn ad lady, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry.

Promise I'll watch where I'm going next time. 😬

I'm still fine-tuning who my ideal customer is.

I know it’s a brand that gets the power of funny, relatable videos to attract their audience on social.

But I also know who my ideal customer isn’t...enough that I actually put a “Not A Good Fit” list right on The Edutainment Studio website.

Last week saw more fallen soldiers in the LinkedIn NFL survivor pool.

And per section 8B of the rules and regulations of the contest, it's my job to roast those who didn't survive. 😂 

☠️ - First up, Tyler Wade. According to Tyler's profile he played football in college, so you'd think that experience would have given him a leg up. Instead, all it gave him was a propensity to make really bad decisions (like picking the Chargers to beat the Giants last week). Although he does work in the packaging industry, and he sent himself packing, so it kinda makes sense.

☠️ - Next up, Edward Silver. As someone with a CFO title, you'd expect Edward would be pretty good at paying attention to important details. Turns out that's not the case, as he lost this week because he "thought he picked Buffalo", but alas no pick was made. It's OK though, with a last name like Silver, he's not used to finishing in first place anyways.

☠️ - Last up, yours truly. I'm so bad at this that I lost by picking a team who actually tied their game last week (Packers). For a guy who claims to be able to create funny, relatable content for brands, I couldn’t script a winning NFL pick to save my life. I even suck at roasting myself.

So, now the LinkedIn NFL Survivor pool is down to only two remaining:
👉 Chris Appicelli who picked the Lions.
👉 John Schuler who picked the Cardinals.

Any bets on which one will survive?
