Passionate about putting people at the centre of our business culture, through improving perceptions and championing the value of communities over commodities. I consider myself an early adopter, embracing the new and radical, while researching and developing funky concepts, bringing alive plans and ideas, and getting the business done in the best way possible! I also enjoy getting my hands dirty and following ideas through to their final implementation from script to screen, no job too big or small. I pride myself on my ability to develop relationships, maintain accounts and flesh out fresh opportunities. My skill and knowledge set is broad, spanning government work through to relationship building and, of course, the ins and outs of marketing. This includes agency and media management, writing copy, creating collateral, implementing technology, and good old-fashioned poster hanging and spruiking. I have also developed a sound understanding of HR, Operations, H&S and Accounting, leading to my ability to strategically think and enact tactical planning to guide and manage businesses forward.
