My journey into housing and property management started as an Apprentice within my local area housing office in 2008 and from there I have gone on to work in allocations, welfare, money advice, income collection, and more recently, coaching and training apprentices within both the private and social housing sector. I now work as an associate IQA, tutor, author, and quality consultant, supporting businesses nationally to design and deliver qualifications in the housing sector. One of the main reasons that I love working in the sector of housing and apprenticeships, is that I love to see people thrive and find their own paths in the sector as I did. I am a massive advocate for apprenticeships and the opportunities that they can bring to people who don't want to take an academic route into University.
