I am a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and member of NARA The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers with 30 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of Insolvency and Restructuring work including Administrations; Solvent and Insolvent Liquidations; Bankruptcy; Voluntary Arrangements; LPA Receivership and informal agreements.
