For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the healthcare journey from many perspectives – as a patient, a family member, frontline staff, and healthcare leader. These experiences fuel my passion for transforming healthcare through purpose-driven leadership, innovative solutions, and authentic connections. I do it because I've seen firsthand the profound impact when healthcare organizations prioritize people – both patients and the teams who serve them. By focusing on building strong client relationships and leveraging data and digital health solutions, I’ve been able to drive meaningful, sustainable improvements in patient care and healthcare delivery. My goal is to continue empowering healthcare organizations to achieve their patient engagement and clinical performance objectives, and, in doing so, create healthier communities and stronger teams. My journey in healthcare leadership has been built on two key pillars: Transforming Healthcare Delivery: I've led organizations to achieve impressive results, including improving PG Top-Box rankings from the 25th to the 75th percentile, using a combination of data analysis, process improvement, and a deep understanding of patient and staff voices. This work has not only driven measurable improvement in patient care but also helped organizations foster a culture of service excellence that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
