Positions : HR Specialist Responsibilities 1-Design vacancies ads. 2-Screening the candidates' CVs and compare it against a specific criteria. 3-Organize the employees' file, terms of all required documents for hiring process. 4-Track and record the employees' performance according with their supervisors 5-Design training programs according to the needs assessment . . Key Achievements: I designed a training program "flow chart processes inside the organization". I designed this program from scratch and it helped the company to increase the productivity and reduce the turn over because it put all the blue worker in the picture. I have read a lot of books about HRM,and now I am studying,self-study, PHR/SPHR . I have a communication skills and negotiation skills. I am a quick learner..I learned the English by myself,and I speak the american accent. I am a workaholic person,who crazy about HRM. I am going to start " MBA in HRM" after 2 years of the hiring date. I am going to start learning a new language by the end id this year, and I am going to take TOEFL test by MAY ,2014.
