Trained as a Ph.D. chemist with a specialization in biochemistry. Throughout my career, I've been involved in multiple scientific projects across various disciplines, particularly in the field of anti-cancer research, focusing on sarcoma and carcinoma through immune-oncology and compound drugs, and anti-neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's (AD), by utilizing distinct organic compounds to distinguish between different phenotypes of AD. I have worked my way up from a graduate researcher to a postdoc, research associate, senior research associate (STS), operations manager, and executive staff. As an operations manager, I currently manage over five million dollars worth of instruments, services, and software contracts. I'm responsible for the imaging core facilities as a contract research organization (CRO) that provides cutting-edge imaging and spatial transcriptomics services to the research community. Specifically, these include Epi-Fluorescence Microscopes, Digital Slidescanner, HyVolution Confocal, Super Resolution Confocal (STED), Spinning Disk Confocal, Cleared Tissue LightSheet, Lattice LightSheet, NanoString CosMx, 10X Genomics Xenium, AI Analysis Workstation, and Up to 200TB cloud storage. My mission is to enhance and expand collaborative capabilities in research in northern Ohio and beyond.
