I enjoy helping DevOps teams utilize Jenkins as a Continuous Integration platform.

Jenkins is an open source continuous integration tool written in Java.  

Jenkins provides continuous integration services for software development. It is a server-based system running in a servlet container such as Apache Tomcat. It supports SCM tools including AccuRev, CVS, Subversion, Git, Mercurial, Perforce, Clearcase and RTC, and can execute Apache Ant and Apache Maven based projects as well as arbitrary shell scripts and Windows batch commands.

U.S. Bank

Developed an iOS mobile application and platform for a top 5 Bank to support features within the clients roadmap.  Stood up 5 teams as Scrum Master and Scrum of Scrum's for a total of 15 teams.  Agile coach for 450 person Program with the creation of Value Streams and PI Planning.  Integrated front end development with over 50 backend systems and implemented a DevOps pipeline with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and JFrog artifactory.  Coached teams on writing User Stories following the INVEST model, Prioritization with WSJF, and building cross-functional teams.

Primary duties included leading 5 teams, each with 12-member cross-discipline, globally-distributed of creative, development, QA, and Business partners.

Defined SLAs and managed issue tracking and resolution through JIRA and Confluence, guiding the team through SLA obligations based on issue severity

Collaborated with product owner to prioritize backlog and scope, estimate, and schedule mobile app release updates

Facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-up calls, sprint reviews (client user-acceptance testing), and release planning, acting as scrum master to clearly define project goals and remove project impediments

Coordinated development, scheduled, and facilitated reviews of deliverables including business requirements, wireframes, and visual designs
