Eastside Co is a full-service digital agency with a reputation as one of the world’s most trusted Shopify Partners. As Eastside Co’s Email Marketing Specialist, I am solely responsible for managing (in full, part or in a consultancy remit) CRM strategy for 10 client brands. 

Within the email marketing tactic our portfolio is continually growing, and currently includes international and startup brands across FMCG, sustainable and luxury goods. My clients sit within the following industries; fashion, makeup, skincare, period products, off-roading car accessories, pet care and pet food.

My work includes:
 - Writing in-depth audit and strategy documents to win new clients
- Representing the agency and my marketing tactic on client calls, consulting and advising clients on next steps
- Building out campaigns for promotional periods as well as evergreen BAU content 
- Lifecycle Marketing to nurture, upsell, cross sell, win back and boost retention
- Delegating tasks and managing workload of 2 marketing executives
- Experienced with a number of ESPs: Klaviyo, DotDigital, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Emarsys and Drip, their app integrations and proficient with Shopify Partners Dashboard
- Writing on-brand engaging copy and creating digital content
- Designing automated email flows, campaigns and digital assets, setting briefs to designers, making website updates & defining audience segmentation 
- Auditing, writing, implementing and evaluating marketing detailed strategies to win new clients and drive growth
- In-depth analysis of data against KPIs, reporting on growth, engagement and deliverability
- Working with partner platforms SMS Bump and Yotpo to deliver SMS marketing strategies to complement email marketing

Email Campaign & Automation Strategy at Hello Earth ♻️

After 7 years of working in marketing across various sectors—from educational charities and art galleries to ecommerce marketing agencies—I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my freelance venture Co. Slow Studio. ✨ 

What is Co. Slow Studio? It’s a creative space where I offer copywriting, content, and collaboration for conscious ecommerce brands. My goal is to work with companies that share my values of sustainability and mindfulness, ensuring that each project reflects purpose and intention.

Right now, I’m grateful to be partnering with a health foods brand for email marketing, SMS, retention and Shopify strategic support, and also working on several copywriting projects – while taking this season to slow down, enjoy time with my toddler, and pause before fully diving into new opportunities.
