In a multigenerational and global workforce, it's critical to build community and break down barriers. ​​My philosophy is that grown-ups are little kids in adult zip-up suits. We carry our experiences from our earlier days to the moment we find ourselves. We want to be valued, seen, and heard. In a 30-day course with a National Outdoor Leadership School, my cohort chose me to lead them out of the wilderness with just a compass.
