Offsite construction methods are growing as our general pool of labor decreases. Momentum Innovation Group is leading the development of a workforce development program, specifically aimed at attracting young talent into the offsite construction industry. We are interested in gaining insights to this growing challenge from industry stakeholders and to identify existing training tools, content and methods that can be leveraged during this three-year effort to create a sustainable path forward for the construction workforce.
