• Managed company’s 9,000 sq ft booth at industry’s largest health and technology trade show, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Global Conference,  including project oversight and strategy development for $2.5M budget; communication to prospects, clients, company executives and associates; education and training for onsite team of 200+ associates; booth design and content; vendor management; conference sponsorships; lead generation and tracking; post-show data analytics, recaps, move-forward plans.
