Heath Hatchett is a technical sales leader turned leadership and executive coach on a mission to create a world of high-performing and caring workplace leaders and teams who are curious, courageous, creative, authentic, and whole and are deeply satisfied in their work lives. Heath helps leaders and teams transform by applying simple yet effective strategies to become their best. He coaches for results, and his clients get from good to great by gaining perspective, clarity, and meaning while growing confidence and intentionally progressing toward their goals. Heath brings 25+ years of experience leading organizational change and growing high-performing teams in the technology sector, most recently leading a technical pre-sales consulting organization at Salesforce for the past 9+ years. While at Salesforce, Heath was an internal coach for individual leaders in many different roles and departments across the company. He was a founding coach for an innovative program for new solutions leaders - the Solutions Leader Lab, where he facilitated monthly circles for new leaders. And he was a pro-bono coach for board members of the Salesforce Women’s Network employee resource group. Heath holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Belmont University and an M.S. in Information Technology from Golden Gate University. He obtained his Executive Coaching certification from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute in 2021 and is a member of ICF. As a lifelong learner, Heath continually expands his leadership and coaching knowledge through reading, podcasts, workshops, training, and networking. When not coaching, Heath may be found exploring his San Francisco neighborhood with his husband, Matt, and his dog, Dudley, a chug (chihuahua/pug mix) rescue.
