Job Role: Area Representative – Sales Executive
Responsibility:
1.	Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and direct visiting.
2.	Preparing quotation & tender.
3.	Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
4.	Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
5.	Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
6.	Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
7.	Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system.
8.	Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
9.	Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
10.	Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
