- Complete Microsoft’s survey submissions for multiple professional organizations
- Diagnose market issues and aggregate market movement
- Use knowledge of Microsoft jobs and guidance from profession owners to match and weight MS jobs to survey jobs
- Perform benefits benchmarking for subsidiaries in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and Canada
