🌱 MY STORY I have always been curious about and focused on what the business world can learn from sports, and what sports can learn from the business world. Additionally, I have had a big, beating heart for sustainable organisations and performance development. With me, you will be met with trust, curiosity, and realism, but I am also honest and challenge where it is right and necessary. I have had the pleasure of inspiring and helping many organisations, teams, leaders, employees, clubs, elite athletes, referees, and coaches. I have found that my competence, combined with my appearance, educational presentation, and facilitation skills, has contributed to others' development and behavioural change. But in my opinion, my clients have always done the most important work themselves! 🌱 ABOUT PROSESSIO I started Prosessio AS in the spring of 2021, after several years in the consulting industry. I have experience from both the private and public sectors, as well as elite sports. I have a great commitment to culture building and performance development, both within organisations, teams, and on an individual level. Additionally, I have extensive experience with mentoring in leadership, mental training, and self-development. My role is often to be a process advisor or facilitator for larger groups, teams, or individuals. When I have the role of mentor or facilitator, I am focused on pedagogy and how we learn. We must understand to be able to do.
