Inside Partner Executive

Net2Phone

Responsible for being the main point of contact during the onboarding of large enterprise accounts for net2phone. Develop strong relationships with customers and coordinate project plans from the end of the sales life cycle through the onboarding and porting of customers. Interface with all operations and development teams on the backend to ensure a smooth, onboarding experience as well as ensure a smooth transition to support and customer success port turnup.

Enterprise Project Manager

Support the regional sales team in their markets with onboarding new Sales Partners, providing day to day pre-sales & post-sales support and managing escalations. Provide Partner Portal training and assistance with various support requirements such as providing quotes, rates, forms, and process information.

*Monitor and measure effectiveness of agency loyalty initiatives, in addition to satisfaction efforts, across all agency branches

*Partner with the agency owner to solidify the strategy that educates and sets customer expectations
*Monitor the customers’ needs to ensure that the agency exceeds their expectations
*Establish processes for onboarding new and transfer customers
*Assists agency owner in achieving agency customer loyalty and satisfaction goals
*Responsible for initiating and adopting best practices for positive agency customer contact 
*Ensure the agency is implementing all future documentation enhancements that strengthen the customer relationship
*Identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities discovered through customer interactions or data analysis
