I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator with over 20 years' experience in customer service, most of that within the banking and consumer lending fields in both credit unions and community banks. Primary skills transferred from my previous roles include communication, problem-solving and critical thinking. In my free time I enjoy furthering my Salesforce knowledge by participating in Salesforce Community groups and attending training seminars. I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program which was invaluable in my quest to change careers and is still important in today's network. I believe that communication with clients to find viable solutions is key and understanding the "why" behind each and every challenge yields the best results. Outside of my passion for Salesforce, I enjoy daily walks with my dog, experiencing new areas while traveling with my family, and almost anything outdoors.
