Crunch Data is a Qlik Software Premier Partner that designs highly custom data analytic solutions using a combination of professional services and deep subject matter expertise of Qlik Software platform, from a technical and practical perspective, to deliver high value visual analytic dash boarding for businesses and end users. My mission with Crunch Data was to seek understanding of the client or account's technical environment, their business process and their data analytics goals in an effort to empower the organization with actionable data insights, using a mixture of our products and professional services to deliver an end-to-end solution. 

Managing the client relationship through continued conversations, I kept detailed documentation on requirements and pertinent information, then coordinated with Crunch Data's CTO and internal SMEs to communicate the client specifications. Our internal technical team used the information to architect high value solutions, mapped to the client requirements, environment and business process. This was communicated back to me in raw form to create proposals, SOWs and presentations which I delivered to executives and key stakeholders in the client's organization.

My relationship with the client continued post delivery in account management. Ongoing assessment ensured high value, actionable data insights would be continuously delivered and utilized for maximum benefit to the business.  My goal always being to empower people with the ability to analyze their own data, provide viability into their KPI's and drive self-evaluation and self-adjustment based real time data insights. By empowering front line users with visual analytic dashboards, people can make real-time decisions that translate into measurable improvements that cannot be achieved with high level reporting alone.

Predixion Software, Inc.

Predixion Software was a startup that developed a Predictive Analytic Software Platform that featured Machine Learning and proprietary algorithms for advanced data analytics. We marketed the platform to Data Scientist as a tool prior to shifting toward solving problems with our software and delivering IoT solutions. Predixion was purchased by Greenwave Systems in 2016 where the platform is used to deliver real-time visual insights in connected and disconnected environments. 

I started as a SDR and was quickly promoted to Business Development Manager after researching, developing and proposing a solution to a problem in the clinical engineering space. I based my idea on past experience within the clinical engineering market and successfully secured partnerships and end users to develop and deliver my proposed use case under the guidance of our CEO and with the support of some of Predixions greatest minds in engineering, data science and business.

Attached to my LinkedIn profile you'll find two articles that I wrote and published on the topic of my use case: Beyond Rules Based Monitoring for MRI and Advanced Analytics in Clinical Engineering. I am immensely proud of the use case and my experience developing it. My efforts landed Predictive Maintenance for MRI onto Predixion Software's website, with a page dedicated to the solution, and into Memorial Sloan Kettering as a POC.

USOC Medical/ Pacific Medical, LLC.

USOC Medical formed after splitting off from Pacific Medical, LLC. The products, services, market and people that made up each company were the same. I have combined them here because my history with the two companies started at Pacific Medical as an Account Manager and continued through to USOC Medical's inception and growth, leading me to hold the positions of Territory Manager, Sr. Territory Manger and lastly, Director of Business Development. 

In all positions held I focused on establishing new business and expanding my footprint within Short Term Acute Care Hospitals (STAC's) that ranged in size from 100-1000 beds and were located throughout the United States. I worked closely with Clinical Engineering and IT departments and personnel, including executives and directors. As I expanded my business  into larger engagements I interacted with various departments heads in purchasing, Value Analysis Committees, long term Technology Planning Committees and external partners and vendors. I sold engineering services, hardware and software most commonly used to monitor patients admitted to the hospital before, during and after surgery, in emergency departments, under cardiac monitoring or general admission to various areas of care in the hospital.  

I held the record for largest capital equipment sale and developed a process for securing exclusive service agreements with large health networks to overcome the challenges of selling into organisations that have their own IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) and extensive purchasing power through GPO's (Group Purchasing Organisations). My revenue targets and achievement ranged from $650k a year to $1M, including baseline services and capital equipment purchases.

Took top position in sales ranking in first quarter through third quarter, having developed the territory and accounts from a low mid level rank within the organisation. I maintained top positions with regard to all targets and activities as ranked against my team and the department as a whole.
