CPP Group

Working alongside, and deputising for, the UK Managing Director of CPPL which is part of the CPP Group, to deliver the UK strategy and overall business performance. Empowered to manage the day-to-day operational activities and providing leadership and direction to the Operations Manager and wider associated teams. The role incorporates shaping, design, facilitation, project management and leadership of a wide range of business and IT change projects and programmes. 

Responsibility for the management of the UK Business Change Portfolio including the delivery of all projects arising out of the Product and Marketing initiatives, ultimately underpinning the delivery of UK's business plans to meet their strategic goals.

Fully accountable for data integrity, as Information security lead, ensuring all requirements are met including ISO27001, GDPR and PCI compliance.

Head of UK Operations & Business Change

Senior leader working in the UK Business to deliver a range of both business and technical projects both in a hands on capacity and through successful people management. Working alongside internal and external technical teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Primary responsibility for the management of processes supporting the Business Change Portfolio across the CPP Group, including markets in Asia, Europe and Latin America, ultimately underpinning the delivery of CPP's business plans.

Responsibility for building and delivering the Business Analysis services across the group.

Relationship management between Senior Business Stakeholders and Group IT Management.

Responsibility for management of the Group Prioritisation Forum.

Head of Change Portfolio Management

Primary responsibility for managing the delivery of the Group IT portfolio, including implementation of the new policy management system and realising IT return on the multi-million pound investment as part of the overall transformation programme.

Delivering IT projects to provide solutions and improvements to the UK business alongside delivering change to business systems and processes.

Relationship management between Group IT and Senior UK & Group business stakeholders.
