Responsible for modernizing and digitalizing Bayer's corporate approach to learning. Functional lead of HR Solution’s team of learning consultants, advisor to functional academies, and host of Bayer learning community.
▪	Devised global learning strategy and target operating model. 
▪	Introduced Learning Experience Platform (Degreed) and learning library (LinkedIn Learning). 
▪	Achieved a 25% reduction in external spend by consolidating learning technology and vendors.

Global Director Learning (HR Solutions)

Led HR Operations’ Learning & Training Development department (30 FTE) which offered learning consultancy, instructional design and coordination services for Bayer’s business and learning academies. 
▪	Achieved 8 million in savings by increased efficiency of operations, and 40% reduction of external spend through vendor management and digitalization.
▪	Offshored web-based training production
▪	Led team through transition into new organizational setup, integrating coordination services into Shared Service Center Network.

▪	The two years learning journey was rolled out successfully across divisions and geographies, with >500 participants per anno and a global pool of >150 facilitators, mainly consisting of front-line leaders.
