Being a Team Leader with an emphasis on software architecture in a big team which reached 17 people at its highest and having worked in software development on several projects in different industries ranging from telecom, different private clients, Luxembourgish public institutions as well as european institutions, helped me build a well balanced skillset. This includes designing software architectures from scratch, elaborating project guidelines, code reviewing and training the team on best practices, putting in place procedures to maintain quality and ensure the success of the elaborated architecture and putting in place organisational procedures to manage the success and quality of our deliveries. Being a clean code and clean architecture advocate, I put a high priority and effort in achieving quality of the projects I work on be it when designing and bootstrapping the architecture for a new project as well as training the team so that we can provide the most robust solutions.
