Who is Helder Figueiredo: a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience managing people. Began my career as a management consultant at Accenture before transitioning to HR director roles at several companies. I have a passion for helping organizations and individuals achieve their goals through coaching, training, and development. I've worked with large multinational corporations, including Sodexo and FNAC, as well as smaller consulting firms in Portugal and Angola. Currently I am a board member of the Portuguese Association for People Management and a cast lecturer at several universities. I am pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development Policies and I am constantly seeking to reinvent myself and my career. In my last professional project I was Group People Director at Trivalor, where I lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, HR operations management, data quality and data management, business process improvement, employee portal, internal mobility, training and development, people analytics, and digital transformation.
