I recently won Leader of the Year 2024 at The British Training Awards and I’m told that’s the sort of thing you put on your LinkedIn profile, so here we are. For “positive impact on the wider L&D community” no less. If winning awards for doing what you love is a thing, I’m all in. 🖤 I also once interviewed England cricketer Stuart Broad and managed to say “the greatest test wicket taking partnership ever” seamlessly, live, in front of 250 people.
