A couple of years ago on paper, everything looked great.

I closed my laptop one night and thought:

That moment hit hard.
The business wasn’t the problem.
The model was.

I didn’t need more hustle.
I needed more capacity.

so i could start to delegate.

Better processes,
More efficiency.
More breathing room so I could actually think again.

Once I started to fix that, everything changed.
I'm still learning and growing but
I started to let other people do tasks for me finally 😂

Success went up but effort went down.
Better clients.
Less chaos.

And for the first time,
it felt like I was growing a business and enjoying it, 
not running on fumes.

I used to travel to network events every week,
Went to some really lovely places,

Met some good friends,
Remember it like yesterday practicing my 3 min pitch in the car,

I would get so nervous, (I've grown a lot since then)
Remember telling myself it would all be worth it,

But the trouble was I was getting up earlier and earlier,
Going to bed later and later,

I was totally exhausted,
One day I was driving to an event at 5 am in the morning,

Only to realise they had told me the wrong day.
Yep I almost cried in the car I was so tired.

And that was actually the last time I went to a networking event,
over 20 years ago!

I had to set some boundaries,
