My role: 
Leading sales enablement, product marketing and group marketing strategy. 
Developing a newly formed sales and marketing team using an integrated and account based strategy. 
Providing product training as part of the sales and marketing team onboarding and development.

Find Your Flex began its journey as a flexible working job board and has developed into so much more. A shared recognition that flexible working is rooted in outcome based working and new operating models, has led to us partnering with The Globalution Group. Find Your Flex now provide managed services for the provision of a flexible and talented workforce.

My role: 
I joined Find Your Flex whilst the company was in its infancy. My role was varied and included website building and content management, sales enablement, social media marketing, marketing analytics using social media, google analytics and our job advertising platform and product development and marketing. 

Now my role is developing our sales and marketing strategy, driving product development and marketing and directing our sales and marketing team to communicate our mission for outcome based working and better operational models.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Over the last 11 years my career as a midwife has taken me through many aspects of caring for families expecting a baby. From the hub of the delivery suite guiding women through normal and uncomplicated labours to births that are complex and in need of specialist input. I have worked amongst a diverse and experienced team, regularly coordinating the postnatal and antenatal wards in somewhat challenging situations. 

I have spent time within the Maternal and Fetal Health Research Centre at CMFT and saw the early set up of the Placenta Clinic investigating causes and care of those pregnancies complicated by fetal growth restriction and premature birth.

My most recent experience was with antenatal services. I have a few years experience working within the Fetal Medicine Unit at CMFT Manchester. This involved skills that went beyond what is normally required. From medical procedures such as assisting with chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis and intrauterine fetal blood transfusions to counselling women through difficult and extremely complicated pregnancies.

I have worked and coordinated the antenatal clinic for the last few years also. Working within a multidisciplinary team and tackling everyday barriers to the efficient running of a pertinent health service. I became involved with antenatal screening attending conferences with FASP and the NSC. I assisted the lead midwife for antenatal screening with the specialist counselling of screening for trisomies in singleton and multiple pregnancies. I also assisted with data entry for the assessment of KPI's. I help to set up a dedicated clinic for the detection and monitoring of maternal blood type antibodies.

Whether it’s delivering care or delivering products, my focus has always been on understanding needs and creating meaningful impact.

This blend of experiences has developed my skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and empathetic communication.
