Headed full HR employee cycle for 120 people and directed overall HR operations from hiring to retirement as well as conducting employee on-boarding programmes.  Supervised all HR and employee relations matters, including TUPE through strategic planning and collaboration. Set up CSR global task force with core representative from North America, Nordics, and Germany. Prepared first gender pay gap report that published in 2018 by working with CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer. Responsible for team building and strategic direction of Sustainability programme. Led various campaigns, such as The Happiness challenge designed to support wellbeing, International Women’s Day to showcase female employees across 10 countries around the business, and World Environment Day/Mental Health weeks. Initiated and built first three inaugural global employee surveys.  Updated job descriptions and streamlined application processes. Formulated HR policies and provided consultation regarding CSR and HR matters.
Headed full HR and operations function at a time of organisational growth through acquisition of TUPE from 30 to 80 employees across various UK locations. Tracked project progress and monitored business performance based on work in progress for multiple projects across 4 different practice areas to integrate with management accounts, while serving as key member of the senior management team and management information reporting system.  Oversaw redundancy, TUPE, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, flexible working, salary sacrifice, disciplinary and capability cases, staff handbook, and contracts.

Creating a team structure and running the administration team supporting a wider team of 35 employees. Reporting to the MD, I provided support for the Director team preparing management information and cash reports and ensuring forecast sheets are up to date. Also provision of support for the Consultant team in terms of performance reporting and resource management. Heading up HR,  including our Associate Programme, Finance, Projects and Sales Support, including Contracts Support as well as office matters including staff and associate events. Research and roll out of a project resourcing system from first concept to implementation. Managed a full office refurbishment in line with company principles of re-use an recycle. Responsible for 3 staff. 

Development of performance metrics development for improved systems for predicting performance and production of monthly figures. Also payroll and HR Manager.
