The Recycle to Read programme unlocks the value of collaborative advantage. It provides an industry-wide infrastructure solution for recycling all plastic toys, that consumers can engage with easily. By coordinating toy, tech and textiles take back collections in retailers, schools, and household recycling centres, across the UK, the programme will unlock considerable social, economic, and environmental benefits. The programme also provides research and industry insight into toy design for recyclability, to support the move towards a more circular future for toy production.

Wow — I’m struggling to find the words to describe how I feel after this year’s POC Conference! I’m brimming with pride, happiness, positivity, love, friendship, and optimism. Though absolutely shattered, I’m bursting with energy — ready to bottle this feeling and carry the sunshine into 2026. 🌞

This year’s conference was truly our best yet. The collaboration, positivity, and real progress happening across the industry are just phenomenal. Yes, there’s still more to do, but today I’m celebrating everyone on this journey who’s doing such incredible work, to pause and take note of what you have all achieved, wow indeed...

A huge congratulations to all our POC SDG Award winners in partnership with United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals and the amazing Caroline Petit— your leadership and innovation are lighting the way forward. And an enormous thank you to our supporters, members, and the brilliant POC and Max Media teams for making it all happen. I couldn’t be prouder.
